Simple ways to work together.

Every organisation is at a different stage. We offer four ways to work together, and agree scope, timings and cost up front so there are no surprises. Small pieces of work are welcome.

Best for getting an expert view of where you are

A fixed-scope review of your architecture, cloud security posture, pipelines or cloud spend, ending in a written report and a prioritised plan.

Project delivery

Best for building something specific

We design and build a defined outcome, such as a landing zone, a pipeline or a platform, and hand it over with documentation.

Advisory & technical leadership

Best for ongoing senior guidance

Regular time each week or month for architecture decisions, design and security reviews, and support for your engineers or security team.

Training & workshops

Best for building your team’s skills

Workshops, programmes or mentoring tailored to your team’s level and goals.

Project size

We are best suited to small and medium-sized projects, where you work directly with the person designing and building your solution. For larger programmes, we work alongside your in-house team or other trusted partners as part of a wider delivery team.

    A short written proposal with scope, approach, timings and cost.

    Delivery

    Regular check-ins, work done in your repositories, and decisions documented as we go.

    Handover

    Documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and support while you settle in.
